Blooming With Balloons Is Born

In July 2019 I made the move from Charlotte North Carolina, back to New York where I grew up. I craved the closeness of family, and the comforts that brings. Within weeks of my return I discovered I would soon become an Aunt for the first time. This opened up a whole new array of opportunities to explore my creative side while I thought of all the things I wanted to create for her. I quickly purchased a Cricut and began creating.

Soon my interests turned towards creating birthday parties with decor that my family would remember for a lifetime. I excelled in selecting themes, creating invitations, using my skills as an elementary school teacher to help me. With the creation of each arch I learned more and more, perfecting my craft.

It only took one person to believe in me, and mention “You should start a business” to bring out the entrepreneur within myself. I am forever grateful for that first friend, and every friend who cosigned her idea, that starting a business couldn’t be an option for me but a must! I took a leap of faith and started my instagram, Blooming With Balloons. Documenting my events have brought new challenges, but has also allowed me to explore another side of my creativity, content creation! This is just the start for Blooming With Balloons as we continue to blossom into the field of party decor and planning!
